Gain >= 13.00 dBi; i.e. >= 10.85 dBd;
Impedance = 28.0 Ohm +/- j0.0 Ohm;
(need 1:177 balun with 180° phase shifter);
Bandwidth >= 0.3% (i.e. 400KHz@144.2MHz)
SWR <= 1.10 : 1
